How does Build Pass work?
A Build Pass is a one-time purchase for a single Build Plan. Pay once and permanently own that plan — you can revise the specification, download all project documents, track build history, and receive estimate updates as they roll out. Designed for homeowners or anyone tackling a single project at their own pace.
Planning multiple personal projects? A Build Pack ($41.99) gives you 5 Build Passes at a better per-project rate — about $8.40 per project compared to $24.99 individually. Apply each pass to whichever Build Plans you choose. Build Pack credits do not expire, and Build Pack is not a subscription.
Building regularly or for clients? Pro ($79.99/month) includes 30 Build Plans per month with full ownership, revisions, and downloads on every plan — no per-project purchases. Contractor Pro and Contractor Teams are coming soon for team and business workflows.
Build Pass and Build Pack purchasing are not available yet. When billing launches, unlock a specific Build Plan from its Build Ownership section.
Trust and Limitations
BuildaDraft is a planning tool. It is not an engineering service, an architecture service, a contractor-verification service, a permit-review service, or a guarantee of pricing.
Estimates are planning estimates, not guaranteed final prices. Material quantities are planning quantities, not a certified takeoff. Supplier quotes are third-party information provided directly by the supplier — BuildaDraft does not verify or guarantee them. Location-based cost adjustments use state-level data, not ZIP-code-specific pricing, so final prices vary by supplier, contractor, availability, and local market conditions.
Always independently verify pricing, quantities, and project requirements with qualified suppliers, contractors, and local professionals before you build.
